Ah…summer! Hot sun, cool pools, frosty lemonade, and ice cream. What could be better? How about soul refreshment? I have been taking in summer rest time by sitting on my front porch listening to the music of the birds and the breeze for my quiet time each morning.
One of my readings during this time has been the Flowers Summer Devotional: Living Out Love and Joy. I have appreciated the Scriptures highlighted, the thought-provoking and convicting reflection questions, and the encouraging words from other pastors’ wives who know how tough it can be to live out love and joy as a ministry wife.
Though summer is beginning to wind down, you can still be refreshed, challenged, and encouraged during the last few weeks of summer. Review the last two year’s blog themes with these all-new devotionals written by our Flowers team before we kick off our fall blog season with our theme of faithfulness.
Think of today’s post as twelve Friday Flowers devotionals in one! Check out this link for the download. Last chance to download is by August 16th. Only $1.99!
Now that sounds like a great end-of-summer deal!
